In the call log in Telink, you can easily see all the calls a user has made and calls to/from a response group.
The overview also includes a leaderboard for users and a statistical overview. In the leaderboard, you can see which agents perform best in the selected response group, and in the statistics, you can see more detailed data on the calls.
To make it easy for you to retrieve the data you want, we have made sure that you can easily filter your searches. Do you want to only display incoming calls, outgoing calls, or perhaps calls with recordings? Choose freely! Of course, you can also choose to filter by answering groups and/or agents.
