When you integrate Zoho with Telink, we will automatically search your contact database in your CRM.
If we find a match, we will display the first and last name and give you the opportunity to open the contact directly in Zoho.
As long as you keep things organized in your CRM, you will always see in the app who is calling you and who has called you before being contacted by someone else.

A smart feature is to automatically log all calls directly on the contact. This way, you get a clear overview and can see immediately who last spoke with the contact.
This is not only visible in Zoho, but also directly in the phone app!
